The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in program coordination, with strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or community work.
• Strong understanding of social issues in Gauteng and ability to work in hybrid environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel locally with valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and manage social programs and projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate program activities, ensuring they align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, and service providers.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events for program participants and stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on outcomes and impact.
• Identify potential challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Recruit and supervise program staff or volunteers as needed.
• Contribute to program development, grant writing, and fundraising efforts.
