Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed degree from an accredited institution by August 2026
• Be majoring in or having majored in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Experience or coursework in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver a monthly Integrated Master Plan and Schedule (IMP/IMS) from inception through project completion, ensuring alignment with IMS objectives.
• Integrate Work Breakdown Structures, Statements of Work, deliverables, and resources into the master schedule efficiently and on time.
• Support management of the program’s supplier base and internal functional disciplines through the IMS, providing daily monitoring and status updates.
• Inputting Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and generating required financial control reports, preparing monthly operational review packages, and assisting in the reporting of division performance to executive management.
• Investigate any deviations from the plan or unusual results, and actively participate in, lead, and support schedule reviews and metric reporting as requested by management.
