Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator to provide strategic support for system-wide health programs, driving social drivers of health screening, partnerships, and interventions. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications, working with multiple departments and partners to ensure effective program delivery.

Responsibilities include developing events and outreach, mentoring staff as needed, and supporting budgets and performance reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or strategic support experience.
• 3+ years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience preferred.
• Experience or passion for health equity, social drivers of health, community health worker programs or community partnerships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program/project schedules and agendas, track deadlines and deliverables, and prepare meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Interface with departments, staff, leaders and partners to support program operations and compliance.
• Organize events, outreach activities, meetings and materials; represent the program as needed.
• Support budget development and management with documentation and reporting for management.
