Community Health and Dental Care is seeking a Strategic Coordinator to assist the Strategic Leadership Team in shaping the organization's business strategy and implementing plans under the direction of the CEO. The role represents the organization and ensures delivery of high-quality professional services to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of senior management experience, preferably with healthcare exposure, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or communications (MBA a plus).
• 3–5+ years of senior management experience; healthcare a plus; project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO and Strategic Leadership Team in shaping organizational strategy and implementing plans.
• Assist in Federal reporting and grant applications as needed.
• Foster and manage partner relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present weekly metrics to leadership.
