Qualifications

• 5–10 years of program coordination or related experience in a complex environment.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Program Management Office in internal and external meetings on ongoing topics.
• Drive daily communication with matrix team members and customer representation to ensure milestones are met.
• Supply department leads with information and analysis data as requested.
• Develop and maintain process instructions, workflows, and guidelines for efficient practices.
• Develop budget spreadsheets or reports, forecast resource requirements, and status progress for assigned Work Study or Technical Instructions.
• Assist in reviews and submissions of contract document deliverables.
• Support planning and coordination of all program key events.
• Attend daily production meetings during construction.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day program operations to keep tasks on schedule.
• Support strategic planning with timelines, resource plans, risk assessments, and performance reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor program performance metrics and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Lead or support program‑related meetings and working groups.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to program workflow and outcomes.
