• Knowledge of government contracting regulations, cost accounting standards, and compliance requirements – required.
• Experience using financial and project management tools such as Costpoint, TM1, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Word – required.
• Minimum 8 years of directly related finance, program controls, or business operations experience – required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field – preferred (please confirm required education level)

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end financial support for complex programs and product lines.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly program performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and estimates at completion (EACs).
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
• Monitor program financial performance and recommend actions to improve efficiency and results.
• Prepare financial analyses for proposals, contract activities, and standard products.
• Generate customer and internal financial reports, including earned value management reporting.
• Support inventory planning, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to program and business leadership.
