Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in project controls, program finance, cost control, budgeting, pricing, or financial analysis in government contracting.
• Strong understanding of government contract structures, project planning, cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting methodologies.
• Experience supporting proposal pricing and financial strategy for government contracts.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare and manage monthly spend plans, ensuring alignment with objectives and funding.
• Monitor project performance against budget, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support proposal development and pricing activities across government contract types.
• Provide detailed cost and schedule analysis, performance reporting, and decision-support to leadership.
• Collaborate with program management, contracts, supply chain, operations, and finance teams.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes including revenue and cash flow projections.
• Develop and maintain project performance metrics and dashboards for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
