Job summary

Telemetry Today LLC is seeking a Finance Senior Manager, Program Controls in Texas to own all program financial management for the Integrated Solutions vertical. You will drive EAC/LRE processes, forecast accuracy, and EVMS compliance across multiple contracts while partnering with PM, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance.

You will lead a team, ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition, and support audits, with a focus on delivering accurate, actionable financial insight for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in program finance or controls in defense/government contracting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience; working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS in a program environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of EAC and LRE processes; strong EVM experience with variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting for division programs including revenue, cost, margin, cash, and headcount.
• Own quarterly EAC process with defensible cost/schedule assumptions and risk assessment.
• Lead monthly LRE process with Control Account Managers and Program Managers; reconcile to baseline.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial metrics to division and corporate leadership (profitability, margins, cash).
• Support revenue recognition under ASC 606 including percent‑complete assessments.
• Provide financial leadership on program reviews, gate reviews, proposals, and contract negotiations across CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, T&M.
• Drive compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS; align with CAS Disclosure Statement and cost accounting practices.
• Ensure EVMS/ERP processes meet internal controls and policy, and support audits and IBRs.
• Identify process/system improvements to improve forecast accuracy and reduce cycle time.
