Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proven experience developing and managing schedules for large, complex defense programs.
• Advanced proficiency with project planning tools like Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and related PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align technical, financial, and operational objectives.
• Conduct analysis to define requirements, milestones, and critical paths.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
