Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to partner with program leadership, engineering, finance and customers to develop and maintain integrated program plans from proposal through delivery.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting, and analysis for defense programs, mentor junior staff, and ensure cross-functional alignment while complying with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience creating and managing schedules for large defense programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• Experience in cross-functional engineering, finance, operations, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical, financial, and operational goals.
• Analyze requirements, milestones, resources, and critical paths.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery schedules.
