Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Target 6 years within IC or DOD or 10 years with relevant experience including NRO.
• Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management and budgetary controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and financial performance for a large program.
• Review requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide resource trade-off analyses and recommendations to senior managers.
• Draft and revise budget estimates to support new and existing initiatives.
• Interface with NRO financial systems (NEAR, NFIS, FIRsT, etc.) for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and provide guidance on financial regulations.
