Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerostructures is seeking a Manager Business Management 2 to lead business management activities for one or more Operating Units in Clearfield, Utah. The role focuses on managing contract execution, EAC, profitability reviews, and EVMS adherence.

The candidate interfaces with Contracts, Cost/Schedule, Finance and Pricing, driving risk mitigation and strategic planning while ensuring internal controls and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA, MBA or advanced finance and accounting skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD from an accredited university with relevant work experience.
• Experience in Program Financial Planning & Control, US Government Contracts, or CAS/FAR/DFARs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business management processes, tools and procedures to manage contract execution.
• Manage EAC, contract profitability assessments and EVMS application.
• Lead OU financial forecast process and present results to senior leadership.
• Support capture of new business and Pre-RFP activities.
• Oversee annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans.
