Job summary

Revolution Space in Wilmington, MA (Hybrid) seeks a Sr. Program Control Analyst who will support budget baselines, cost/schedule integration, and EAC development to keep programs on track.

You will partner with engineering, operations, and contracts to monitor budgets, prepare reports, and analyze variances, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced space

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration with 8+ years of experience.
• Significant experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience in a federal contracting environment (FAR/DFAR or government regs).
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, monitor costs and schedules.
• Analyze variances and prepare performance reports.
• Support development of EACs and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with project management to track risks and opportunities.
• Monitor critical path and coordinate resources.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoice review.
