Job summary

Revolution Space in Wilmington, MA (Hybrid) seeks a Sr. Program Control Analyst to support budget baselines, cost/schedule integration and performance analyses.

You’ll partner with project teams to ensure budgets stay on track and risks are mitigated, while preparing EACs and R&O registers for program management. The role requires 8+ years in finance or a master’s with 6+ years, strong MS Office skills, and experience in federal contracting environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in a federal contracting environment with FAR/DFAR or related regs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, monitor and control costs and schedules.
• Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and processes.
• Collaborate with project management to track risks and mitigation.
• Prepare EACs and R&O Register, support risk mitigation and opportunity realization.
• Monitor critical path and coordinate resources; review subcontractor invoices.
