Job summary

Assertive Professionals in Aurora, CO is seeking a Program Control (Senior/SME) to support a National Security customer. The role focuses on budget planning, execution, and funding analysis for space and ground systems, with leadership guidance to government stakeholders.

You will develop executable budget spend plans, review proposals for compliance, and coordinate across analysts, program managers, and staff officials to ensure performance aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of experience.
• End-to-end understanding of IC acquisition process and PPBE.
• Senior-level budgetary and program management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior budgetary expertise for space and ground systems.
• Develop executable budget spend plans and funding analyses.
• Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate with government leadership and cross-functional teams.
