Job summary

6BO IAP World Services, Inc. is looking for a Program Control Analyst to support the Finance Manager and Program Management team in preparing budgets and schedules, along with financial analysis. The analyst will be involved in tracking contract funding, labor scheduling, monthly forecasting and ensuring communication of financial risks to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, proficiency with Excel and knowledge of FAR/DFARS. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in government contracting finance, program control, or procurement support.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of budgets, financial schedules, and cost projections.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and forecasting.
• Track contract funding, burn rates, and milestones.
