Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in government contracting finance, program control, or procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, schedules, and cost projections to support procurements and planning.
• Conduct financial analysis including funding utilization, expenditure tracking, labor scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and forecasting, including monthly EACs.
• Track contract funding, burn rates, and milestones.
• Monitor labor, ODCs, subcontractor costs, and material expenditures.
• Maintain WBS and cost collection structures with financial documentation.
• Assist audits by preparing data, documentation, and inquiries responses.
• Use Maximo for asset tracking, work orders, procurement workflows, and financial alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely financial alignment.
• Communicate procurement or material risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with invoice preparation, reconciliation, and supporting documentation.
• Support revenue recognition processes and month-end close.
