Job summary

CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our team supporting NUWC for the Department of Defense. The role is onsite at Crane, Indiana, with up to 10% travel. You will oversee financial workflows, analyze funding, and provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or an Associate’s with experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with DoD constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, contract management, financial operations, or program/project management.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in business operations, financial analysis, contract management, financial operations, and/or program/project management.
• Strong comfort working with numbers and financial data.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing and editing professional or technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Workflow Oversight and tracking of funding workflows and expenditures.
• Review and monitor required funding documentation.
• Proactively recommend actions based on project status.
• Provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to guide projects and funding through workflows.
• Maintain operational cadence and throughput to meet program objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes and workflows.
• Assist in researching and preparing responses to sponsor and stakeholder data calls.
• Track monthly invoicing and payments for site programs.
