Responsibilities

• Financial & Workflow Oversight; track and analyze funding workflows and expenditures.
• Monitor and review required funding documentation.
• Proactively recommend and implement actions based on project status.
• Provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.
• Regularly interface with government teams to guide projects through workflows.
• Maintain operational cadence and throughput to meet program objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes and workflows.
• Assist in researching and preparing responses to sponsor data calls.
