Job summary

CACI International in Crane, Indiana is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support NUWC for the Department of Defense. The role emphasizes financial oversight, funding tracking, and rigorous data reporting on a fast-paced program environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related) or Associate’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in business operations, financial analysis, contract management, financial operations, and/or program/project management.
• Strong comfort working with numbers and financial data.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing and editing professional or technical documentation.
• Confident to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to think analytically and independently
• Team orientation
• Actively holds a DoD Secret security clearance and ability to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recommend and implement actions based on project status.
• Provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.
• Stakeholder coordination with CACIs team to guide projects and funding through required workflows.
• Maintain operational cadence and throughput to meet program objectives.
• Process improvement & reporting; identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes.
• Assist in researching and preparing responses to sponsor and stakeholder data calls.
• Distribute information to subcontractors and service providers through initiating, preparing, reviewing and tracking RFIs and submittals.
• Support documentation and reporting requirements with accuracy and clarity.
• Track monthly invoicing and payments for site-specific programs.

Responsibilities:

• Track monthly invoicing and payments for site specific programs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in business operations, financial analysis, contract management, financial operations, and/or program/project management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
