Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support the NUWC program for the DoD. The role focuses on financial oversight, funding workflows, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive process improvements.

You will interact with program managers and stakeholders, manage monthly invoicing, and contribute to reporting efforts while adhering to DoD security requirements. This on-site role is based in Crane, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or Associate’s with 3+ years experience.
• 3+ years in business operations, financial analysis, contracts, or program management.
• Strong comfort with numbers and financial data.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Workflow Oversight.
• Track and analyze funding workflows and expenditures.
• Monitor and review required funding documentation.
• Proactively recommend and implement actions based on project status.
• Provide project financial oversight to the Program Manager.
• Stakeholder coordination with governing CACIs team.
• Maintain cadence to meet program objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined processes and workflows.
• Prepare responses to sponsor and stakeholder data calls.
• Handle subcontracts/submittals data and status tracking.
• Support documentation and reporting accuracy.
