Dcode is seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead high-priority initiatives for a defense sector client. You will drive major workstreams, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and stand up rapid acquisition workflows that scale with ambition.

Qualifications

5–7 years leading government-facing programs or workstreams.
Experience with DoD or federal clients in acquisition, innovation, or program management.
Ability to translate complex challenges into structured, repeatable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level briefings and decision-ready materials.
Experience working in a SCIF for continuous full-time work (minimum 6 months).

Responsibilities

Lead projects and major workstreams delivering measurable mission outcomes in high-tempo environments.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, operating models, and repeatable processes.
Design and implement governance for rapid acquisition, including intake, evaluation, decision-making, and transition workflows.
Drive execution through agile, sprint-based delivery with measurable progress.
Advise stakeholders and align leadership across program offices and cross-functional teams.
