• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in all-source intelligence analysis.
• Experience applying ICD 203 to develop intelligence products.
• Experience integrating classified and unclassified intelligence from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and DIA requirements.
• Apply IC and DIA tradecraft standards to ensure rigor and product quality.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze intelligence from multiple sources and data repositories.
• Synthesize information into intelligence products, assessments, reports, and briefings for decision-makers.
• Identify customer requirements to develop relevant intelligence products.
• Use AI/ML-enabled tools to retrieve, process, and analyze complex datasets.
• Integrate multiple intelligence disciplines to produce tradecraft-compliant all-source assessments.
• Monitor information to identify threats, risks, and indicators supporting planning and mission success.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for IO and strategic competition activities.
• Advise stakeholders, support capability validation, and mentor junior analysts.
