Job summary

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is seeking a Strategic Program Analyst to provide executive-level leadership, analysis, and strategic support across MMA operations nationwide. The role emphasizes administrative management, organizational effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will develop governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and cross-functional analyses, coordinating with Regions and Headquarters to advance program goals and ensure effective service delivery

Responsibilities

• Provides executive-level leadership, analysis, and strategic program support across MMA operations nationwide.
• Leads governance, performance measures, dashboards, and reporting for administrative service delivery.
• Oversees workforce planning, internal control reviews, and program evaluations.
• Represents MMA on Departmental teams and special initiatives.
• Develops executive briefings, decision papers, and management reports for senior leaders.
