Responsibilities

• Serve as Executive Officer (XO) under the Director of the respective NWS office.
• Analyze management information requirements and evaluate policies.
• Lead projects and studies impacting organizational structure, facilities, costs, policy and operations.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies to manage funding issues and policy impacts.
• Develop procedures to assess the effectiveness of programs and management processes.
