Job summary

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) seeks a Management Analyst to deliver research, data management, and program support to advance organizational objectives. The role involves coordinating responses to congressional and inspector general audits, preparing briefing materials, and developing informational products for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting studies on efficiency, reviewing policies, and communicating complex analyses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies to assess and improve Bureau programs and processes.
• Knowledge of administrative laws, regulations, and precedents for public programs.
• Broad knowledge of Congressional process and external audit roles; internal control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides research, analytical, data management, and program support to assist OBO in achieving objectives.
• Coordinate responses to audits, reviews, and information requests from Congress, OIG, GAO and others.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and background papers for meetings and external engagements.
• Plan and conduct studies on management efficiency, information flow, and business operations; present findings for review.
