Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Program Analyst to provide subject matter expertise to senior staff and help develop policies and programs with emphasis on planning and standards.

The role assists with strategic program planning, analyzes for effectiveness, develops benchmarks, and tracks financial performance to support APF/NAF funding.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience with standard office software; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Program Analyst providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to senior staff.
• Assists with development of strategic program plans, assess program standards and procedures, analyzes for effectiveness, recommends changes and executes for the designated program.
• Develops program benchmarks for program operations and performs comparative analyses to identify improvements.
• Monitors and reviews financial and historical performance of the programs; supports APF/NAF funding inputs.
• Monitors ISR II, CLS/SBC processes and performs other duties as assigned.
