Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Policy Analyst to support program analysis, budgeting, and operational coordination for biometric systems within DoD environments. You will analyze program data, develop reports, and assist in planning and contracting activities to ensure alignment with Army requirements.

The role requires ten years of PM experience, PMP/DAWIA, and strong communication to work with dispersed teams, OEMs, and government stakeholders to drive readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial field.
• At least 10 years of professional program or project management experience.
• PMP or DAWIA Program Management certification.
• Strong ability to analyze complex operational, financial, and program data.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and CONUS/OCONUS environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program, operational, and contract data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, briefings, and recommendations on program status, financial performance, and readiness.
• Support planning, budgeting, and execution activities with OEMs for BAT-A, NRTIO, and NXGBCC systems.
• Define and analyze requirements related to system integration and field support services.
• Coordinate NET planning and execution for CONUS/OCONUS fielding operations.
• Develop and maintain schedules for Field Support Representatives (FSRs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support program objectives and milestone activities.
• Provide analytical support for reviews, milestones, and operational planning.
