Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a senior program analyst to support Business and Recreation Programs at the HQDA level. You will provide subject matter expertise, evaluate MWR NAF operations, and recommend efficient, economical solutions to meet needs and improve outcomes.

You will analyze policy issues, develop procedures, and present alternatives for higher authorities. Strong writing and communication skills, plus experience managing multiple projects, are essential.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of managerial or supervisory work experience with analytical skills.
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and present proposals to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, email).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior program analyst for MWR/NAF programs at HQDA level and advise on policy and efficiency measures.
• Evaluate and develop future programs, analyze directives, and prepare material for senior leadership.
• Monitor policy implementation and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Assist in budget formulation and project deadlines; resolve conflicts where possible.
