Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 level.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-9 level (for GS-11): coordinating surveys, focus groups, or other information gathering to conduct data analysis.
• Master's level graduate degree or 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M., or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies of program operations by analyzing data, developing reports and communication strategies.
• Identify program inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve programs for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various sources and stakeholders to track action items and support program requirements.
