Job summary

FSA Federal, part of a nationwide law enforcement initiative, seeks a Data Analyst to support the USAO mission. You will gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to work in a team. U.S. citizenship and a background investigation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, degree preferred.
• Strong data entry and analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
• Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies.
• Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Establishes and maintains physical files.
• Keeps track of case file status to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information to prepare documents, reports, and inquiries.
• Performs word processing relevant to case.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
