FSA Federal is seeking a Data Analyst to support USAO missions across a national scope. You will gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timely case updates.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, strong communication, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (undergraduate preferred) and experience with Microsoft Office and databases.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database usage.
• Proven commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• One-year or related experience in asset forfeiture or law-enforcement field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
• Ensures completeness of information and reconciles inconsistencies.
• Enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets accurately.
• Maintains physical files and tracks case file status.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepares documents, reports, summaries, and inquiries with approved formats.
• Provides timely status updates and performs other duties as assigned.
