You will be a member of the Common Team, performing data analyses on requirements, budgets, and schedules to inform program decisions. Required: Journeyman with 3–10 years of relevant experience; high proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; BA/BS degree (or approved substitutions).

Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in program analysis or related duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS degree required; substitutions allowed as described in the ad.

Responsibilities

• CSPT management: lead the IPT's spend plan tool and updates.
• Financial execution & tracking with IPTL to meet targets.
• Data analysis & reporting using advanced Excel for leadership.
• Spend plan maintenance: reconcile financial data across sources.
• Funds management: apply funding regulations to planning/execution.
