You will be a member of the Common Team, performing data analyses on requirements, budgets, and schedules to inform program decisions. We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-272 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of Common Team providing support to various IPT's. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Analyze data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products. Required Experience:

• Journeyman
• 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• CSPT Management: Serve as the IPT's lead for the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), managing all program SPIDs and executing real-time updates and adjustments to the spend pla
• Financial Execution & Tracking: Work directly with BFMs and the IPTL to monitor and accelerate the execution of program funding, ensuring financial targets and timelines are met
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize expert-level Excel skills to perform complex financial analysis, track expenditures, forecast financial needs, and generate insightful reports for leadership
• Spend Plan Maintenance: Take ownership of the IPT's master spend plan, reconciling financial data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Funds Management: Apply deep knowledge of PANMC, RDT&E, and OMN funding regulations and characteristics to support strategic financial planning and execution. Required Education: Journeyman
• BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitution: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is NTE of $82,500.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
