Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) seeks a Management And Program Analyst (NH-0343-03) to support AFMC in the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This federal vacancy offers a rewarding career with comprehensive benefits.

The position serves as a centralized management and direction focal point to monitor, analyze, and improve program operations, policies, and scheduling while supporting logistics and policy guidance for senior AFSC leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
• Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
• Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition, supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.
• Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
• Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide centralized management and direction for program analysis within AFSC’s command structure.
• Develop and implement local policies and procedures to improve systems and performance.
• Oversee and/or perform analysis, scheduling and planning within the Command Section and related reporting systems.
• Support the Center’s logistics programs, operating programs, material programs, integrated support plans and policy guidance for senior leaders.
