Job summary

Sumaria Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to support the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role involves direct management analysis, action officer duties, and administrative support to AFSC leadership and division operations.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of DoD/AF management analysis experience.
Experience drafting executive-level correspondence and briefings.
Strong ability to manage multiple time-sensitive leadership requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Management Analyst and Action Officer for AFSC projects and leadership tasks.
Track actions and suspenses using the AFMC Task Management Tool and other systems.
Analyze taskings, identify gaps, and coordinate responses to leadership requests.
Coordinate with internal and external offices to gather information for integrated responses.
Develop and maintain briefing charts, reports, and official communications.
Prepare leadership pre-briefs and assist in meeting facilitation.
Quality-check briefing materials and leadership packages for accuracy.
Maintain program documentation using SharePoint and Teams.
Support travel, training tracking, and calendar management as needed.
Ensure timely completion of actions in accordance with deadlines.
