Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support a DOE-IN contract in the Albuquerque, NM area. The role focuses on administrative support for program management, including budgeting, strategic planning, reporting, and delivering project management cycles.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience in government or CI environments, plus an active Top Secret clearance. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with word processing, project management, automated data processing, and desktop publishing software/hardware including Microsoft Office.
• Prior knowledge of government budget cycles or strategic planning development is preferred but not required.
• Experience in organizing and facilitating high-level meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day program management activities including strategic and budget planning, briefing and report development, tracking deliverables and project management cycles.
• Track program deliverables and develop/implement project management processes with periodic updates of priorities and proposals.
• Develop annual work plans detailing projects and their relation to priorities; draft reports and final correspondence; maintain program files.
• Develop strategic planning documents for the CI program and engage with program leadership to address priorities and plans.
• Assist CI leadership with assessments, prepare related reports/briefings, and organize meetings with agendas and action items.
