Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks an experienced Professional Services Controller to lead client onboarding within the Tenacity phase, coordinating with the delivery team and CFO to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing services. You will drive process improvements, establish controls, and mentor teams to achieve timely, accurate financial onboarding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-client environments.
• Proven success with client onboarding, implementation projects, financial cleanup, or accounting process transformation.
• Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to assess unfamiliar environments quickly.
• Excellent client communication and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Tenacity onboarding phase and guide clients to ongoing delivery teams.
• Lead kickoff and recurring client check-ins, set expectations and timelines.
• Coordinate Tenacity Accountant, delivery team, CFO, and Client Experience partners.
• Document client-specific processes and handoffs in SharePoint for clean transitions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and accelerate Tenacity engagements.
