Job summary

Venturity Financial Partners INC is seeking an experienced Accounting Project / Implementation Director to lead client onboarding and manage complex accounting projects in Dallas. The role suits a Controller-level professional who enjoys client interaction, team leadership, and technical accounting challenges.

You will oversee onboarding, host implementation meetings, and develop project plans while mentoring accounting staff in a fast-growing, employee-focused firm with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of GL accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting professionals.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-entity and fast-growing businesses.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred); NetSuite or other systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients, including discovery, planning, and execution.
• Host implementation meetings and serve as the primary client contact.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and team capacity.
• Oversee and perform complex accounting tasks and special projects.
