Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Production Manager in Houston to lead planning and scheduling for on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure the supply plan aligns with demand, balance materials with monthly targets, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Required: 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and deep knowledge of MRP and Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 5 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly knowledgeable with production planning concepts such as MRP.
• Understanding of budget responsibility and profit & loss management.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean methodologies.
• Heavy manufacturing assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding order fulfillment status, future risks to demand attainment, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinates with SIOP teams concerning current and future demand.
• Develops master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
• Drives daily shipments to achieve monthly objectives.
• Plans and directs production activities including any outsource vendors and establish production priorities.
• Coordinates delivery schedule and other supply chain activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to improve product quality.
• Revises production schedules and priorities due to equipment failure or problems.
• Prepare production reports as required; analyze inventory and support cross-functional activities.
• Oversee raw material balance and forecast needs for each material and suppliers.
