Integra Mission Critical, LLC. Houston site seeks a Production Manager to direct and coordinate activities to meet site objectives and customer demand. You will develop master production schedules, manage capacity, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and on-time shipments.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and collaboration with procurement, maintenance and quality teams to optimize operations and deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of production planning concepts and budget/P&L awareness.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production activities to meet site objectives and demand.
• Develop master production schedule and lead time for operations to meet shipping dates.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance and QA to optimize resources and equipment utilization.
• Revise schedules due to equipment failure or issues using synchronous manufacturing principles.
• Prepare production reports and analyze inventory to improve turnover.
• Oversee raw material balance and forecast needs with suppliers.

The Opportunity

This Production Manager directs and coordinates activities to ensure timely production to meet the site objectives and end user demand through direct interface with suppliers and internal cross functional teams The Production Manager is responsible for the creation of a supply plan and for managing scheduling coordinating and monitoring the expedient flow of parts through the manufacturing processes to satisfy the customers delivery requirements The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the right levels of raw materials and work in process are available for Operations to successfully execute the supply plan The Production Manager ensures the site is balancing supply versus demand each month; identifying areas where the segment is out of balance and proactively recommending optionsscenarios to align across functionslocations

What you will do

Communicates directly and through the Planning Team with internal stakeholders regarding a the status of order fulfillment b future risks to demand attainment and c capacity constraints impacting successCoordinates with SIOP teams concerning current and future demandActs as liaison between Integras stake holders manufacturing and support teams Develops master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to orderbookTakes action to drive daily shipments which achieve monthly objectivesAnalyzes demand against plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes tools and human resource requirementsPlans and directs production activities including any outsource vendors and establish production priorities in keeping with effective operations and cost factorsCoordinates delivery schedule and other supply chain activitiesCoordinates production activities with procurement maintenance and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources machines and equipmentDevelop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product qualityRevises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems based on synchronous manufacturing principlesPrepare production reports as requiredAnalyzes physical inventory and works in a cross functional capacity enhance inventory turnoverOversee the raw material line of balance process including the accurate forecast of needs to each raw material and outsource supplier

Required Qualifications

5 years minimum experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environmentBachelors degree four year college or university; or five years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent communication skills presentations verbal and writtenHighly knowledgeable with production planning concepts such as MRPUnderstanding of Budget responsibility and Profit and Loss management Exceptional analytical and conceptional thinking skills Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Lean methodologiesHeavy manufacturing assembly experience
