Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC in Houston seeks an Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage engineering projects within our engineering-manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive collaboration with clients, suppliers and internal departments to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial or related field).
• Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians and support staff.
• Assign tasks, set performance expectations and monitor progress.
• Facilitate communication among team members to resolve issues.
• Oversee design, development and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Ensure technical standards and quality requirements are met throughout the lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical documentation, designs and specifications.
• Engage with clients, suppliers and internal departments to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address scope changes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety requirements.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to safety protocols.
