Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate production schedules to optimize flow of materials and assemblies.
• Prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Production Control to address downtime, shortages, and other issues.
• Utilize SAP to improve scheduling and drive improvements in assembly efficiency and inventory control.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production control reports to identify improvements.
• Coordinate processes for parts with different procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery/quality issues with suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent excess or shortages.
• Analyze potential supply problems and communicate findings to management.
