The Manufacturing team seeks an Experienced Production Control professional to establish schedules, monitor orders and collaborate across functions. A Bachelor's in business and 2+ years of experience are required; SAP and MS Office proficiency are preferred. Full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in production planning or related field.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate production schedules to ensure efficient flow of materials and assemblies.
• Prioritize and plan activities to maintain on-time delivery and adjust schedules as needed.
• Work cross functionally within Production Control to address downtime and shortages.
• Enhance SAP usage to drive improvements in assembly and reduce downtime.
• Develop, maintain and analyze production control reports for process improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate to resolve delivery issues.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid excess or shortages and maintain accuracy.
• Analyze supply problems and communicate findings to management.
