Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler in Augusta, GA to align production plans with demand, coordinate schedules, and optimize SAP-driven workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely delivery of parts and assemblies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP are preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and coordinate production schedules in a factory environment to ensure efficient flow of materials and assemblies.
Prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Collaborate across Production Control to address downtime, shortages, and factory issues.
Enhance SAP usage to drive improvements in assembly and reduce downtime and inventory.
Develop, maintain, and analyze production control reports to improve processes.
Coordinate processes for parts with varying procurement needs.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery/quality issues with suppliers.
Manage inventory levels to avoid overstock and stockouts.
