Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in production scheduling or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate production schedules to ensure efficient flow of materials, parts and assemblies.
• Prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Production Control to address downtime, shortages and factory issues.
• Enhance SAP usage to drive improvements in assembly and reduce downtime and inventory.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production control reports for improvements.
• Coordinate processes for parts with different procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess inventory.
• Analyze actual and potential supply problems and report to management.
