Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to establish and maintain the manufacturing production schedule and inventory levels of finished goods.

The role ensures feasible plans that meet customer requirements and coordinates with materials, procurement, engineering, and operations leadership. You will translate the production plan into actionable schedules, monitor lead times, and address supply constraints, driving continuous improvement and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5+ years in production planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP and MS Office proficiency including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the manufacturing production plan and manufacture orders.
• Optimize production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Manage downstream replenishment and timely release of orders.
• Address short-term supply constraints and elevate long-term issues.
• Coordinate with QA and warehouse for defective materials and replacements.
• Contribute to Supply Plan development and planning time fences.
• Translate production plan into schedules for components, materials, and services.
• Provide valid lead time data to guard against over-commitment of resources.
