Job summary

WinCup in Stone Mountain, GA seeks a Production Coordinator/Scheduler to oversee scheduling of foam production lines, straw lines, cutlery lines and related equipment. You will coordinate procurement, planning, and supplier relations to ensure on-time production and material availability.

The role requires 2–5 years of scheduling experience in fast-paced manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree (or technically relevant), strong communication and lean manufacturing knowledge, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 2–5 years scheduling experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule foam production lines, straw lines, cutlery lines and related lines.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier relations to ensure material availability.
• Plan activities to maximize equipment utilization and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with planning, sales and production to align priorities.
