Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and manage short-term production schedules that balance customer demand, material availability, labor, and capacity. This role collaborates with Production, Materials Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory.

The ideal candidate has a BS or BA in business or technical field or equivalent scheduling experience, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

BS or BA in Business or Technical Field or 2 years minimum scheduling/production experience.
Experience with ERP SAP software preferred.
CPIM certification and Lean/TOC/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to learn product lines and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily production schedules within SAP.
Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance.
Balance customer demand with material availability, labor, and capacity.
Monitor schedule adherence and implement recovery plans.
Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
