Monogram-Food-Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler to own the near-term finite production schedule, translating supply plans into actionable schedules and balancing material, labor, and equipment constraints to meet ship dates.

You will partner with Supply Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP tools and Excel. A BS in a related field and 4+ years in manufacturing scheduling are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of production scheduling or manufacturing planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP/MRP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred).

Mansioni

• Schedule Ownership & Execution: Convert the approved supply plan into an executable finite production schedule.
• Maintain and execute the near-term production schedule, optimizing sequencing, run lengths, and changeovers to meet ship dates.
• Issue Resolution & Coordination: identify schedule risks and revise schedules, communicating impacts and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Distribution, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve execution issues.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs including schedule adherence, attainment, fill rate, service level, and inventory targets.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Excel-based tools to manage schedules, capacity assumptions, routings, and BOM accuracy.
